The ProcessMate™ 3000 Linear Axis Work Station (LAW) is a precision positioning system used to control solder paste dispensing and reflow. Designed to replace slow, inconsistent manual wire soldering processes, the EFD LAW provides repeatability, precision and process stability for solder paste dispensing and heating operations, without the implementation of costly robotics.
