EFD, Inc. Solder Paste Group and Leister Technologies LLC introduce a tabletop laser soldering system which combines the precise, rapid deposition of dispensable solder paste with the high-speed, non-contact, localized heating of modern diode laser systems.
The Leister Novolas™ laser system is designed to be integrated into existing or new production lines providing precise, repeatable laser energy for solder paste reflow. EFD’s auger valve and Ultra® TT tabletop dispensing robot are easy solutions for dispensing. EFD's specially formulated SolderPlus® solder paste provides fast, clog-free dispensing and is designed to survive the sub-second reflow cycle times common with laser heating.
