MC800 Lubrication System
The MicroCoat® MC800 System is designed for continuous lubrication, and uses Low Volume Low Pressure (LVLP) technology to coat stock from less than 1” up to 48” wide with a fine, consistent film of oil.
Lubrication begins automatically when the press starts up, and stops when the press shuts down. The MC800’s dual-manifold design allows up to two different lubricants to be applied with one system.
Valve operation is regulated with a pneumatically operated controller that makes it easy to quickly and safely set the amount of lubrication for each job from outside the press. Once the correct lubrication level has been established, it will remain consistent without further adjustment. |
