Semi-Automated System
The EFD 752V systems has a unique seal-less design that incorporates an inert polymer diaphragm that isolates the actuator from the valve. The EFD 741MD-SS system uses a pneumatically operated adjustable needle valve to apply very precise deposits down to fractions of a microliter. This system is ideal for LED manufacturing processes that require small dispensing tips.
Fully Automated System
The Asymtek DispenseJet™ DJ-9000 has a high shot-generation rate, can be cleaned in a few minutes, and has fast changeover of wetted parts. The Asymtek SC300 dispenses conformal coating that protects electronics from exposure to moisture, temperature extremes and adverse chemical conditions. The Asymtek DispenseMate™ 555 brings new dispensing power to a compact package.
