The ProcessMate 6500 Temperature Control Unit is a compact, cost-effective way to maintain precise temperature control and deposit size when dispensing solder paste and other temperature-sensitive materials.
With many materials, temperature changes as small as 1ºC can make or break a process. Designed for use with air-powered dispense valves and benchtop dispensers, the ProcessMate 6500 eliminates this problem by maintaining material temperature within +/- 0.1ºC over a range of 10ºC to 40ºC.
