Peter Lambert President
Mr. Lambert was appointed to his current position as President of EFD in 2005. He joined EFD’s parent company, Nordson Corporation, in 1993 as product development manager in the Powder Systems group and in 1997 was appointed to the position of managing director of Nordson Australia. In 2001, he was named director of corporate development and global business information, responsible for the company’s acquisition activities as well as the integration of information systems across all of Nordson’s geographic locations and businesses. During this time, he also chaired the company’s technology strategy committee.
In 2003, Mr. Lambert was named vice president, Packaging and Product Assembly. In this position, he was responsible for engineering, product development, product line management, marketing and communications activities.
Mr. Lambert holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering science from Dartmouth College, a master’s degree in aeronautical engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a master's degree in business administration from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management.
Wil van den Boogaard Director of Operations
Mr. van den Boogaard is responsible for all manufacturing operations, including injection molding, machining, and product assembly. Other departments reporting to him include quality control, purchasing, shipping and distribution. He also manages new product development and all LEAN initiatives.
Before joining EFD Mr. van den Boogaard was Chief Operating Officer for The Newcan Company. Previous experience includes 14 years at Texas Instruments Company, most recently as Engineering and Operations Manager.
Mr. van den Boogaard holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Hogeschool Enschede in the Netherlands.
Michael Vidal Engineering Manager
Mr. Vidal has overall responsibility for EFD's product engineering operations.
Mr. Vidal joined EFD in 2002 and has been Engineering Manager since 2004. Prior to joining EFD, he held senior product engineering positions Pollak Corp. and Texas Instruments Inc. Sensors and Controls Group, designing precision switch and sensor products for the automotive and aerospace industries. While at Pollak Corp., he was trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt and led several product improvement projects. He is holder of two US patents and is a registered Professional Engineer in two states.
Mr. Vidal holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a masters' degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
David Guiot Director of Finance & Administration
Mr. Guiot is responsible for EFD’s worldwide financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis. He also serves on the Nordson Information Security Governance Council.
Mr. Guiot joined EFD in 1984 as Assistant Controller. Prior to being named to his current position in 2004, he served as EFD’s Controller. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bryant University.
Janet Moy Director of Human Resources
Ms. Moy directs the activities of the Human Resource Department and works with all levels of EFD management in the areas of workforce engagement, organizational development, recruiting, employee relations and developing and delivering training programs in support of company-wide objectives.
Ms. Moy joined EFD in 1991 as a Human Resources Representative and was promoted to Human Resource Manager a year later. In 2000, she was named Director of Human Resources.
Ms. Moy is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management/HR Management from Capella University. |
