EFD’s Optimum syringe barrel and cartridge systems set the new world standard for quality, consistency and reliability. They improve yields and reduce costs by producing the most accurate, repeatable fluid deposits possible.
Optimum components look different because they are different. We used Computational Fluid Dynamics software to develop new component designs that provide smooth fluid flow without turbulence or air entrapment, and then molded them from new materials that provide superior strength, exceptional clarity, and chemical compatibility with a wide variety of assembly fluids.
Optimum syringe barrels are available in 3, 5, 10, 30 and 55cc capacities.
Optimum cartridges are available in 2.5 oz (74ml), 6 oz (177ml), 12 oz (355ml), and 20 oz (591ml) capacities.
All EFD dispensing components are produced silicone-free by EFD in the USA and are certified safe for industrial use.
